On it’s own all these Final1 products are great. But combine them and you have the most powerful cleaning kit there is (in my opinion).
Used correctly and together it will also save you a lot of money as you can dilute the crap out of it.
The Bike cleaner
I’ve used several different kinds like Muc-Off and such, but I prefer this one.
For very sticky stuff ( Grime & Grease) you can use it undiluted but it still works great for up to 1:20.
I dilute it 1:10 for every day cleaning in combination with the rest of the line. so it’s also great value.
Less time spend cleaning is more time to ride.
The Drive Train Cleaner
The best on the Market!!!
I’ve used a lot of different kinds but nothing works like this Final1 product.
Especially the sticky stuff that’s on the chains out of the box is a nuisance. As I’m using wax I really need a clean chain to start with. Just let it soak for a wile in undiluted drive train cleaner and it’s clear of that stuff.
For daily use I use it diluted 1:5. So just like the other products it’s not only the best there is but also great value.
The Hydro Coat
Hydrophobic rules!!!
I really hate cleaning my mountain bike. Especially after a cold wet muddy ride.
So maybe strange to hear that I took a little more time to use this product. But what a joy to see that nothing sticks to the frame after using this product. Just a little splash of water and your frame is clean again. So in the end it really saves you time.
As it comes in a spray bottle, I first sprayed it directly on the bike. I wasn’t really impressed so I put the bottle aside for a while. After a couple of months and a lot of bad weather I was fed up with all the cleaning so I gave it another chance. But now I sprayed it on a cloth and then gently rubbed it on the bike. I didn’t let it cure to long (only a minute or so) and then wiped it off. What a difference.
So don’t be afraid to use as little as possible. Less is more in this case. And therefore also great value.
I don’t use it after every clean. Only when I clean it more thoroughly or when I see the hydrophobicity is wearing of.
These products makes cleaning your bike fun (and quick)!!
